He has more than18 years of experience in China Clay (Kaolin),Calcite powder , Dolomite powder , Soap stone powder , Talc particularly in mining to his credit.. The saleable grades of China Clay (Kaolin)Calcite powder , Dolomite powder , Soap stone powder , Talc produced in this mine are classified under three grades. Grade I White/ Whitish Grey Recovery: 75% and above; Moisture content: Less than 3%; Brightness: above 80% as per ISO standards Sandy White Recovery 50 to 65%, Color: Absolute White, Brightness : above 85% Pink / Light Pink Color Pinkish, In respect of other properties it is similar to Grade I. The raw materials are selectively procured from its own captive china clay mine, nearby the manufacturing facility. Resources We guarantee uninterrupted production because of availability of crude China Clay (Kaolin) from our mines. Other than that, we have our own customized Production Facility, Testing Facilities and R&D Facilities. Clientele Infrastructure Our factory comprises of two acres of land with adequately covered accommodation for storage of raw materials and for finished goods and two separate rooms where two pulverizing units are installed. There are adequate areas of concrete paved drying yards for sun-drying of the raw materials. Available facilities are adequate to cater to a production of about 200 Tons/ month by air drying process alone. The land area (2 Acres) offers scope for further enhancement of production.
